Hockey launches new National Integrity Management Platform and reporting hotline

Published Mon 30 Jun 2025

Hockey Australia, together with all Member Associations, has launched a new national integrity management platform and reporting hotline aligned with the National Integrity Framework. This marks a significant step in the sport’s commitment to providing safe, fair and inclusive environments for everyone involved in hockey.

From today, members of the hockey community across Australia raise integrity matters more easily through a modern, secure and nationally aligned platform. Powered by the trusted case management platform Rely and supported by Your Call, a dedicated reporting hotline, the system provides clear and accessible pathways for reporting integrity concerns across all levels of the sport.

It also supports more consistent handling of matters and enables the capture of intelligence and shared learnings to identify trends, strengthen prevention strategies, and inform evidence-based decision making.

“This is another important step forward for protecting our sport. We’re proud to be delivering a nationally consistent platform that strengthens how we prevent, detect and respond to integrity matters across our sport,” Hockey Australia CEO David Pryles said.

“We’re proud to partner with Australian-made solutions like Rely and Your Call to deliver a consistent, nationwide approach together with all eight of our state and territory hockey associations. We encourage all members of our community to use these tools whenever required so together we can ensure hockey remains a safe and inclusive sport for everyone.”

The platform builds on the sport’s broader integrity uplift, which includes initiatives such as theatre sports-style education for state and national teams, the Safe Hockey Lead Network, the Goalie’s Watch integrity newsletter, and Safekeeper Sam, a character designed to give integrity messages a dedicated voice and reflect the protective nature of goalkeepers. These efforts form part of the sport’s ongoing alignment with the National Integrity Framework and reflect a coordinated, whole-of-sport approach to building safe, fair and inclusive environments.

"When sport leads with integrity, the whole community benefits. Rely is proud to play a role in helping Hockey deliver safe, fair and inclusive participation for all across Australia,” Rely Co-Founder, Nathan Luker, said.

Participants can access the platform to report integrity matters via this link or through their Member Association’s website.
