The session will open with Hockey Australia, where Harry Sleigh will share national insights and practical guidance on growing and developing your junior program, including what success looks like and how clubs can build strong foundations for the future.

Rounding out the forum, Sam Elliot from Flinders University will bring a participation and research lens, diving into what really drives engagement at club level. Sam will explore:
