How the Olympic hockey tournament works…
There are 12 teams competing in Hockey at the Olympics broken up into two pools consisting of six teams. Each team plays 5 groups stage games across the tournament with the top 4 of either pool heading to the quarter finals. A win in the quarter finals would see them in the semi finals and a win there would see them in the final to win Gold. The two losers in the semi finals would see them play in a match for Bronze.
