Talent Accelerator 2032

The Talent Accelerator (TA32) program, is a targeted athlete development initiative designed to identify and accelerate the next generation of world-class Australian hockey talent on the road to the Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games.

With a clear focus on bridging the gap between top-eight international performance and winning medals, TA32 will provide identified athletes with individualised development opportunities and greater exposure to world-class environments.

The program is built around three key stages — identify potential, accelerate talent and deliver world-class athletes — with evidence-based athlete identification underpinning a pathway designed to fast-track development through innovation.
