Hockeyroos to host South Korea in preparation for the World Cup

The Hockeyroos will continue their preparations for the 2026 FIH Hockey World Cup when they host South Korea in a series of international matches at Perth Hockey Stadium.

While the matches are unsanctioned internationals, they provide an important opportunity for the Hockeyroos to continue building momentum, refine combinations and gain valuable match practice against quality international opposition ahead of the World Cup in August.

The three-match series forms an important part of the Hockeyroos' final preparations, allowing the squad to continue building combinations, execute their systems under match pressure and maintain momentum ahead of the sport's biggest tournament.

With a blend of experienced internationals and emerging talent, the Hockeyroos will use the series to further develop their game against quality opposition before opening their World Cup campaign next month.

Fans will have the opportunity to watch the Hockeyroos in action free of charge, with all matches at Perth Hockey Stadium open to the public.

For supporters unable to attend, every match will be streamed live and free on LiveHockey, ensuring hockey fans across Australia can follow the Hockeyroos' final preparations before the 2026 FIH Hockey Women's World Cup.
